Clerkship

Judge Lin does not expect to have any law clerk openings until at least Fall 2025. When she begins her selection process, she will post a notice here on this court webpage and on OSCAR. Applications received outside of a posted selection period will generally not be considered. Applicants who have submitted unsolicited application materials are encouraged to reapply during the posted selection period for any future clerkship postings. To be considered for a clerkship with Judge Lin, applicants must have at least one year of prior federal clerkship experience or two years' litigation experience after graduating from law school (or some equivalent combination of experience) when applying.

Externship

Applications for an externship in Judge Lin’s chambers for the Spring 2025 term are now closed. She anticipates opening applications for externships in Fall 2025 in early Spring 2025.
