A referral to the DREAM program should be made as early as possible, but in any event in time for the Executive Review Team meeting occurring at least 30 days prior to the pretrial motions deadline.

Please submit the completed DREAM Application form and any pertinent supplemental materials to the DREAM program committee via dreamteam@wawd.uscourts.gov by:

• February 26 to be considered at the March 19, 2025 meeting
• March 26 to be considered at the April 16, 2025 meeting
• April 23 to be considered at the May 7, 2025 meeting
• May 28 to be considered at the June 18, 2025 meeting
• June 25 to be considered at the July 16, 2025 meeting

The upcoming DREAM calendars are scheduled as follows:

• February 14, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• March 21, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• April 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• May 9, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• June 20, 2025 at 1:00 pm
• July 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm

There is a graduation ceremony currently scheduled for the March 21, 2025 hearing.
