As of now, due to fixes at the national level, the Western District of Washington District Court CM/ECF system outage is resolved.  The system outage filing procedures are no longer in effect as of 9:30 a.m.  Electronic filings must be made directly in CM/ECF. Any filings received in the filing@wawd.uscourts.gov inbox after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 12 will not be considered filed by the Court.
