The Western District of Washington has a new Transcript Order Form for ordering transcripts or designating transcripts for appeal, which can be found on the Court’s Transcript and Orders page. Please note that this form replaces the AO435 order form.

This new Transcript Order Form must be filed in CM/ECF for all transcript orders. If you do not have access to CM/ECF, please refer to the filing instructions on page 2 of the Transcript Order Form.
