The Tacoma Union Station Courthouse will be closing at noon today, September 17, 2018 due to hazardous air quality conditions resulting from a fire at Simon Metals LLC, located at 2202 E. River Street.  The Tacoma Fire Department is currently working to control the situation, but is advising those in the area to avoid the fumes.
