Full implementation of The REAL ID Act is scheduled for May 7, 2025.  Requirements for entry to the Seattle and Tacoma Courthouses will not change with implementation of the REAL ID Act.  Any current government issued photo ID will still be valid for entry to the courthouses, whether or not it qualifies as a REAL ID Act compliant identification.
