Focus of Practice

I am full time mediator. During most of my career, I was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington, representing the United States in civil lawsuits for cases ranging from the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile accidents, employment discrimination, products liability, catastrophic injury, death and others. During my career, I gained particular insight working collaboratively with the various governmental agencies and with opposing counsel. I was was able to cultivate a robust perspective and objectivity that allowed me to facilitate settlements in most of my cases and take to trial only those that could not resolve in mediation. Now as a mediator, I have successfully resolved numerous cases across a wide spectrum of subject areas.
