Focus of practice: Bankruptcy, Commercial/Business, Commercial Finance, Construction, Consumer Lending, Consumer Protection, Employment, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Financial Services, Insurance, Professional Liability, Real Property and Title Insurance. I have experience from both my litigation and mediation practices with Fortune 100 companies as well as individuals never before involved in litigation. My former litigation practice clients included: national banks, title insurance companies, policyholders, commercial and consumer creditors, small businesses, and individuals.
