In addition to the documents below, the Clerk's Office will require either a $605 filing fee (paid at the time of filing) or an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis.

Appeal Filing Fee
The appeal filing fee is $605, including docketing fee, and can be paid online through Pay.gov. if you are a CM/ECF registered user and file electronically. You will have the option of paying the filing fee with a credit card or bank account debit at the time of filing

Appealing In Forma Pauperis
You may apply for a waiver of the filing fee by submitting an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis.
If In Forma Pauperis has been granted in your case at the district court level, you do not need to file an Application for IFP at this time. The Ninth Circuit Court will review your financial status and determine if you continue to qualify.
